Rivian R1T Vorteile und Nachteile

Vorteile:

Great handling
High quality cabin
Incredible performance
Very comfortable
Tons of storage
Great sound system
Compact size
Minimal range loss with payload
Accurate range estimates
Tons of utility
Good software
Big head-turner, sparks up conversations every time I leave the house

Nachteile:

Service after getting the truck is slow
Minor fit and finish issues
Software is good when it works, but has some annoying bugs that require infotainment restarts. Luckily, it restarts very quickly.
Cup holder could be sturdier
Accessories ship later
Wireless charger is not useful, phones slide around too much.

Rivian R1T - The Do-Everything EV

After nearly 2 months of ownership, I can say the Rivian R1T is the ultimate do-everything EV. I've done everything from beating a Porsche 911 GT3 in a drag race to hauling several hundred pounds of dirt and construction material to a landfill.

The Rivian is incredibly practical for everyday use, absurdly quick, and extremely comfortable. It is precisely that balance of performance, utility, and comfort that make the Rivian R1T such an exceptional EV.

To be honest, if the minor fit/finish issues and software bugs were ironed out, I would have a very hard time finding anything critical to say about this vehicle.

Thanks for the review. Rivian is a great EV. Design and technology are excellent. I hope this car company survives the coming years.
